Service technician Bob was professional and from what I can tell was successful in his repair. The scheduler was knowledgeable on the front end, communicated well, and didn’t ask for any payment or commitment on the phone. Other companies seem to want a verbal commitment to be recorded which made me wary.

Tim was great. He alerted us to two different issues that would be very expensive to repair & in the long run would not be to our benefit. He did fix the issue we called for but also got us to think about replacing our aging refrigerator. He was very efficient, courteous and professional. My washer wasn’t working correctly Ray came fixed my washer in a very timely manner I’m so grateful for his time and expertise. Definitely a number to have on speed dial in case of all emergency….!!!!!
